Vodafone Ghana has taken its customer experience to another level as it offers subscribers the opportunity to show massive love to friends and loved ones through its newly launched Vodafon ‘Ekiki Mi’ (I feel electrified) Promotion.
The new promotion, which began this early month, affords customers the chance to share the same value of a purchased recharge card with two other people.
The new ‘Ekiki Mi’ promo according to the Value Segment Manager at Vodafone, Ebenezer Acheampong, is aimed at expanding Vodafone’s subscriber base in the coming months.
Speaking to Biztechafrica after the launch of the promo in Accra, Mr. Acheampong revealed that customers can purchase any amount of Vodafone recharge card and share it with two other friends or family members who would enjoy the same value as the customer.
“For any credit card you buy from GHS 2.00 onward you can share with two other friends or family members and they’ll enjoy same value as you! All you need to do is load your credit, dialing *134* – your PIN – and the # sign. After you have done that, you can now give the recharge card to two other persons who will dial *135*-the PIN – and the # sign and receive the same value,” he said.
The promo, which is scheduled to last for two months, is believed to be an unbeatable offer and an avenue for Vodafone Ghana to display its essence as a SuperNet brand with the ability to empower customers to stand out at all time.
