Tigo has relocated its Customer Experience Centre along the main Oxford Street to the Oxford Street Mall in Osu Accra. This is part of efforts to create ease and convenience for customers in a much more spacious environment with parking space and other facilities.
Opening the new shop, the Chief Commercial Officer for Tigo, Tara Squire, said relocation was for the benefit of customers namely a secured parking, close proximity of other shops offering various services, restaurants and leisure areas – all of which ultimately offer customers more ease and convenience.
He explained that giving customers’ quick, easy and convenient access to Tigo’s range of innovative products and services was an important part the telecom’s business strategy – one that has driven aggressive expansion of its distributions channels, resulting in 40% increase in the their distribution channels in 2016.
“As Ghana’s first Mobile Network Operator, we continue to focus on pioneering the Digital Lifestyle agenda and our goal is to integrate digital technology into the daily lives of Ghanaians seamlessly,” he emphasized.
Similar to all forty-six Tigo Experience Centres across the country, the new shop in the Osu Mall stocks a wide range of phones and other devices and has dedicated staff to respond to all the needs of customers ranging from data to mobile financial services.
