Surfline Communications is set to kick-start its Customer Appreciation Week with a commitment to continuing offering customers and businesses first-rate customer service.
Ghana’s premier 4G LTE internet service provider will be marking the week – long celebration on the theme “Celebrating You” with a focus on appreciating Surfline customers for their loyalty whilst it remind them of Surfline’s commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering on their brand promise to provide excellent service
Starting from Monday 27th June to Friday 1st July, 2016, Surfline will seek to lavish its customers with lots of exciting activities and surprise, which falls in line with its chosen theme for this year, ‘Celebrating You’.
As part of the upcoming customer service week celebrations, Surfline last week commenced offering their cherished customers the opportunity to enjoy up to 50% bonus data on select bundle purchases as well as give away surprises. This wonderful offer lasts till the 30th of June, 2016.
Commenting on the celebration, the Director for Customer Service, Mrs. Constance Forson, said “Customers are at the centre of everything we do and we fully understand and appreciate their contribution to our business. For this reason, we always try to go beyond offering the routine customer service and we pledge to continue to do better.” Throughout this week Surfline management will interact with both internal and external customers on various platforms to showcase accessible and improved service delivery.
The week will be climaxed with a Cook-out on Friday, July 1st, where Surfline will partner ABL, Waakye on Wheels, Pork Office and other food vendors at the Osu flagship store and engage with their customers as they enjoy a variety of tasty local meals with lots of fun, networking amidst great people and good music.
