Google is reportedly working on an all-in-one subscription bundle that could bring Google One for Gmail, Photos, and Drive, and Nest Aware for smart homes powered by Google’s Nest products together. The company’s arch nemesis in Silicon Valley, Apple, offers a monthly subscription bundle called Apple One that ties up almost all of its services, including Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and iCloud.
Although Google does offer a subscription plan with Google One that gives more storage options across Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos, the tech giant has a lot of different subscription services for its varying products.
For instance, Nest Aware is a service that can be used to link up Nest smart home cameras, speakers, or displays in your home. Similarly, YouTube has a premium subscription model that allows you to watch and listen to content without ads, and Fitbit, which is now owned by Google, has Fitbit Premium under its belt.
However, customers have been longing for a single subscription channel that would give them access to all of Google’s products and services. And it looks like their prayers have been answered.
Google’s New Subscription Pack To Link Google One, Nest Aware, And More
According to an APK teardown by 9to5Google of the upcoming version of the Google Home app, Google is working to bring all its product subscriptions under one umbrella.
Version 3.7 of the app revealed a pair of code strings that read “All-in-one subscription from Google” and “Get more for less when you bundle Nest Aware, {two} TB of storage for Photos, Drive & Gmail, and more benefits”.
From what we know so far, the all-in-one subscription bundle ties Nest Aware, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Photos together. Meanwhile, the “and more benefits” part may be a reference to other services that are already up like Google One, or YouTube Premium.
Nest Aware already offers Nest users 30 days of event video history, while Nest Aware Plus gets them up to 10 days of 24/7 video history and 60 days of event video history. The subscription also includes shared features for smart home devices, such as alerts for familiar faces, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, glass-breaking alert, and calls to emergency services.
Meanwhile, Google One allows users to choose from various Google Drive storage options – 100 GB, 200 GB, 2TB, 5TB, 10 TB, 20 TB, and 30 TB, which can be shared with up to five other Google accounts. It also includes advanced photo and video editing features in Google Photos, a premium subscription to Google Workspace, a free VPN, dark web monitoring, and 10% cashback on all purchases made on the Google Store.
The idea behind the bundle is to save users money on varying subscription fees. Google recently increased the price of Nest Aware to $8 per month, and 2TB of Google One storage now costs $9.99 a month. However, it needs to be seen how Google will play out the all-in-one subscription model for its services.

Google Expected To Launch The “All-in-one” Subscription Bundle Alongside Pixel 8
There are rumors circulating that Google could be adding YouTube Premium to the mix, which has been highly demanded by Nest Aware and Google One subscribers.
The last time the company worked on something similar was with the Pixel Pass, which provided a number of exclusive services to Google Pixel phone users like, Preferred Care protection, Google One, YouTube Premium, Google Play Pass, and Google Fi Wireless. But the Pixel Pass never really worked out and Google shut it down late last month.
Google is expected to launch the new all-in-one subscription bundle for Nest Aware and Google One alongside its latest Pixel 8 series smartphones, which is set to debut on October 4, 2023.
