Suspected counterfeit software has been seized in a raid on the offices of Skynet Computers in Accra.
The software is still being inspected to determine its origin and whether it is counterfeit.
The raid comes amid intensified efforts to crack down on software piracy in Africa.
Microsoft Ghana said recently that counterfeit software was not only risky for consumers, it also cost ICT firms and governments millions of dollars in lost revenue.
BSA recently found in a study that over 70% of PC users in Africa acquire software illegally, whether knowingly or unwittingly.
