Egypt’s Ministers of Communication and Justice have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at upgrading public service delivery.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Hany Mahmoud and the Minister of Justice, Counselor Ahmed Mekki, have signed a five-year cooperation protocol designed to provide many judicial services online, as well as improving call centres and delivering mobile services to support the Justice Department.
The collaboration aims to improve services to citizens, speed up processes and reduce the risk of errors.
